- Facial Masks. There are many different homemade recipes online for face creams and masks that you can use in order to reduce the appearance of wrinkles on your face. Natural skin care can start with just a few ingrediants that you already have in your kitchen.
- Natural Products. Don’t feel like making your own stuff? That’s ok too, because there are plenty of natural skin care products on the market today that you can use without the guilt. Many natural food and health stores carry these products for easy access.
- Pressure Points. The use of pressure points is an important aspect of the human body, and you can use them in order to relax muscles that would otherwise cause wrinkles. One of the best pressure points is the one that is just below the ball of the foot.
- Meditation. Another way of relaxing the body, meditation can help you calm and sooth the body and thus the skin. Not only does this allow you to avoid muscle spasms that can be responsible for wrinkles, but it can help you feel good overall as well.
- Natural Detox. The skin takes so much abuse, and it is a good idea to detox the body and skin once and a while. A good juice fast can expel chemicals from the body that would otherwise have a negative effect on the skin as a whole, especially on the face.
- Water. Perhaps the best natural skin care secret, drinking lots of water each day is one of the best methods to keeping yourself young and healthy looking and feeling. Remember, the body is mostly made of water, so keeping yourself hydrated can go a long way in the short and long run.
